I used the design from thingiverse.com/thing:31634 reduced the size by 50% and duplicated it 18 times so you can make 18 blocks at a time.
Instructions
MakerBot Replicator - Miracle Grue - 7% infill, 0.34mm layer height, 2 shells, acceleration on. 3.5 hour build time.
