Description
OPENBEAM is an amazing new aluminum extrusion design that gets rid of the expensive T-nuts used on other extrusions types.
It replaces the expensive T-Nuts with M3 sized nuts and bolts that are available form most hardware stores at an fraction of the T-Nut's cost.
Because its a micro type extrusion it can sometimes be very tedious to insert the small M3 nuts.
So we created Quick Nut Loader for the extrusions that can quickly be printed on a 3 printer.

Instructions
Fitting it to the extrusion the fist time can be tight squeeze.
(After a few uses it will start to loosen up a bit.)
Simply insert the nuts in the groove on the Quick Nut Loader and push
the nuts into the extrusion. I usually do a few nuts at a time.
We printed this on our UP! Plus 3D Printer @ 0.3mm layers and its ony 10% solid.
