Description
This is for mounting your Sony HDR-AS10 or AS15 on the side of a helmet or other surface using zip ties.
Instructions
Use ZIP ties to fasten the mount to the side of your helmet or whatever surface you like.
Insert a 1/4"x20 1 inch long bolt through the knob (it's supposed to be tight, press it in). Use a flat washer between the knob and the mount both to make it easier to turn and also because a 1" bolt is a bit too long and may bottom out and damage the case.
NOTE that there is a recess on the body that allows you to put an E-clip on the bolt to retain it, if you wish.
Attach the waterproof case for the camera. BE VERY CAREFUL the first time you do this - if your bolt is too long you can damage the waterproof case. If that's the case, find a shorter bolt or cut the bolt shorter.
