Springless, drop In ToM MK6+ replacement
Description
Drop in replacement for my MK6+ 3mm extruder using 608 bearing instead of Delrin plunger.
Instructions
I know, Sooo last year darling...
There are several of these already, but I couldn't find one without springs, gears, etc.
If this is a duplicate, please let me know in the comments and I'll happily make it a derivative.
My MK6+ still has a fair bit of 3mm filament to work through and it finally gave up extruding.
I taped it up and managed to print this replacement, phew.
This is for anyone in the same boat.

So you can't adjust the pressure and you're bound to one filament diameter (no 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 or 2.98mm )?

Designing a one piece extruder is neat. Is there a way to slightly change the roller spacing? I'm wondering about the 'sweet spot' pressure between the rollers for feeding 3mm filament. The setting seems pretty narrow on my MK6 for feeding ABS, and I always have to adjust it slightly when changing rolls of filament and/or from ABS to PLA.

I know this is an older thing, but are you still using this? I've got a bunch of things I'd like to "set & forget" on my ToM and while I don't have LOTS of problems with my MK6, if this keeps the ABS flowing I'm all in. Still working as well as when you installed it? I've got a couple spools of 3mm I've got to use up before I switch heads on my ToM.
Yes, I still use it, only occasionally, but I leave ABS in it, and it remains under tension.
