Description
The Sandisk "Cruzer Blade" 4GB flash dive case is desinged to house a Sandisk "Cruzer Blade" 4GB flash dive making it easier to handle by making the curved edges straight.
Instructions
1. Download .stl file and up load it onto a 3D Printer.
2. Generate G Code.
3. Preheat 3D printer and print piece.
Place the name plate into the Sandisk "Cruzer Blade" 4GB flash dive case so that it is flush with the front of the case. then place the Sandisk "Cruzer Blade" 4GB flash dive into the case so that the front of the flash drive sticks out. Then take top and align the holes so that the indented edge is in the front. This piece in the shape of a 1.5 by 0.75 inch rectangle when assembled
IMPORTANT as a result of the layering process used the make the flash drive case, the pegs are prone to shearing to avoid this flash drive case should be glued together.
This piece was made using a MakerBot Replicator it used 1.75 black ABS plastic filament.
