This thing started as Misumi TFZB Teflon (PTFE) linear bushing configurable clamp holder.
It's a modified LMxUU holder that wraps around the bushing nicely as you change the hole dimensions. (The original LMUU holder doesn't scale properly)
You can either print them as semi open, if you want to be able to remove it easily, or print them as nearly closed leaving a small (2-3mm) gap. This is what teflon bushings require, as they are compression bushings (so have +.100 -- +.200 tolerance which goes down to H7 when press-fitted/compressed).
The bushing should be going in without any force, this is why you have a clamp :) I leave 0.4mm - 0.5mm clearance for the hole, but you may need less or more, depending on how much your printer wobbles ;) mine temporarily wobbles a lot...
