Instructions
Process:
Designed in Sketchup and converted to STL
Repaired STL using Netfabb online tool.
Generated G-Code for Makerbot Replicator using Replicator G. Got some potential error reports but our G-Code printed okay (see image).
Printed in ABS with 15% infill, 1 shell, .2 layer height, extruder temp 225, bed temp. 110
