Instructions
Print the template out with an inkjet printer on printable fabric and remove the backing. (You can get this at most craft stores, or follow the instructions in the zip to make your own.)
The instructions print out for you on the same piece of fabric that your pattern is on. They're pretty simple.
If you need extra help, check out the instructions file in the zip. It's pretty exhaustive.
