Description

Handle and handle body to fix a delonghi coffee steam handle that had snapped off. Unit is woth $1600 new and the replacement parts for the steamer were $400...! Enter the printrbot and some good old fashioned making.

Instructions

Take off the front cover to reveal the steamer unit fixed to the inside. Print off the handle body and handle. Trim both so they look nice! Tap the handle body onto the spine of the steamer unit, noting that the hollow will allow the support to fit along the unit as well. Once it is firmly attached you will most likely need to *tap* it gently with a rubber mallet to dribe it home. Once attached you can drill through it and add an M3 screw for added torsional strength. Replace cover. Attach handle by using a plasterboard or wood screw driven through handle into the body. Turn on. Heat up, Steam that milk!
