Continuing on from my previous iPhone5 car dock now that I have a 30 pin to lightning adapter I needed a new dock holder.


Print. Get iPhone5 and dock adapter and griffin car stem adapter... plug and have stuff.

Is this in a GTO? (I see your in SF and that stereo is straight out of a VY/VZ commodore)

There are some interesting clips that Clic-on make that click in between the cluster and the climate control binnacle (above the computer buttons) I wonder how successful we would be trying make a similar open source version, have you made any attempts? My wife has a VY and this will be one of the first things I try an make myself on my Mendel90 when it arrives.

I used the fit the genuine ones years back and they were awesome.

Yeah, I have seen the various kinds of clips that click on to parts of the dash or vents and have thought about making something like that.

But since I already have the griffin stalk mounted on to my dashboard with power and control lines going to it it was a lot easier,

I think it would be awesome to have an open source set of designs for different mounts that work for different cars and go to a unified style mount for various types of phones.
