Appears normally tried by "Repetier-Host V0.74".I've tried the steps listed below.

1.(Repetier-Host):"Repetier-Host V0.74"→"Slicer"→"Slic3r(Configure)"2.(Slic3r):"File"→"Load Config"→[CoolingRing_v10_3.ini]2.(Slic3r):"Plater"→"Add"→[CoolingRing_v10_3.stl]3.(Slic3r):"Export G-code"→SAVE G-code→Close Slic3r4.(Repetier-Host):"File"→"Load G-code"→File name of the No.3

Hi there, thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately no luck. 

Slic3r is giving the error that the model contains intersecting facets.

Must be removed after printing because the STL with the print material support.

M3-15mm bolt × 4
M3 washer × 4
M3 nut × 4

I generated the G-Code using the "slic3r 0.9.3".

The main thing is that when the following parameters.
Layer hight 0.25mm
Infill 100%
Perimeters 25mm / s
Small perimeters 15mm / s
External perimeters 80%
Infill 45mm / s
Solid infill 45mm / s
Top solid infill 20mm / s
Bridges 45mm / s
Support material Overhang threshole 10 degrees
Pattren rectilinear
Pattern spacing 2.5mm
Pattern angle 90 degrees

Please refer to the ini file I uploaded "Slic3r" was used to generate the G-Code.

I think if the support material is an issue that remains inside the nozzle, and may be removed by hand things remaining in the set to three degrees the angle of the "Support material Overhang threshole".

Please print it and modify it as needed is a reference value set.
