Description
I have a cheap MX2000 tripod with a quick release mount that lets you easily install and remove the camera from it. This has gone missing so I created a new one. The replacements weren't that expensive to order, but this is just as good and you dont double the price with shipping!
Instructions
I printed mine at 10% infill and 2 extra shells. I did not include a hole for the screw in the design so you'll have to either edit the file or drill it yourself which is what I did. I took the screw and rubber washer from an old IP cam mount that I was no longer using.
If you edit the sketchup file you will likely have to run it through the free repair processs at netfabb.com. I do not yet know why I cannot design anything in sketchup that has all it's inward faces turned inward and it's outward faces turned outward. But I'm learning ;)
