A five by four wooden box. I used the laser to vector out flower designs on the sides of the box.
.I got the box template from http://boxmaker.rahulbotics.com/.
.I put the box file into an illustrator file.
.I then used illustrator to place designs on my box.
.Then I put a .001 stroke around everything.
.I then got a piece of 3mm plywood.
.My settings: Raster Speed-100, Raster Power-50, Vector Speed-25, Vector Power-100, and the Vector Frequency-500.
.I then sent my file to be printed on the laser.
- It didnt go through al the way, so I reprinted it.
.I then used wood glue to glue all but the top sides together.
