Description
I hope I'm not stretching the definition of Derivative too much with this, but it is different.
I had a hard time getting it to stick to the build platform so I cut the bottom flat in Netfabb to get rid of the fillet.

Instructions
Printed with SAILFISH accelerated firmware! (thing:32084)
Print as seen in the picture. I printed mine with PLA with .20mm layer height, and one extra shell, although I would try 2 extra shells if I printed another one. Print-o-Matic was on, and temps were 60C build platform and 200C extruder. I used a glass plate on top of the build platform with AquaNet super duper hairspray on the glass (see thing:28787) to keep it stuck, it seems to work quite well, and it makes my workshop smell pretty :-)
Weird thing: During the print there were two extra layers that got printed that I can't see in RepG. Check out the picture. They didn't work well, but should clean out fine as will a couple sags under the tops of some holes.
No supports were used.
