Hey! This thing is still a Work in Progress.
Files, instructions, and other stuff might change!
MakerBot - the Lunchbox!
Description
This is probably only large enough to take a sandwich and a Capri-Sun, or a Lunchable... but hey! You can store other things in it too! I'll upload a lid without the "Lunchbox" line a bit later after my print of this completes and then the source files.
Enjoy!
UPDATE: After printing the lid, it's obvious the hinge and the lid are a bit flimsy for the task at hand so if you print the files that are up right now, do so at 100% infill for the best strength.
I'll update this with a re-thought snap and hinge shortly.
Thanks!
Enjoy!

Instructions
Print the lid, body and both pins. UPDATE: I recommend printing the whole thing at 100% infill!

In what orientation do you recommend we print this? I'm wondering if it prints face (lettering) down, that it'll be mighty hard to get it off the kapton tape...

Hey, if it'll fit a roll of Kapton tape and a bunch of misc tools like allen wrenches... Very cool, man!

Really nice!
Are you able to upload STEP files, then we could all put our own logos on it?

made one today on the replicator 2. Came out decent, the pins were a little tough to make it through had to size them down a bit.
Love the concept, think the handle might need a little bit more clearance to be comfy carrying it around.
Awesome work Looking forward to seeing where this goes
