Description

I was in need of a brain slug to improve the classiness of my hard hat for this upcoming weekend. Originally I just indeed to clean up the geometry in 7777773's original. I was having a good day so I just rolled with a redraw. Then it was now and then I don't know what happened.

I made it an easy print by keeping the geometry solid and the bottom flat. The antennae are intended to be bent with a heat gun so I could make them easier to print. Don't forget to bend them; they look awful straight up.

You can adjust the polygon count in the scad ($fn) if you desire more or less.

Instructions

The antennae are intended to be bent with a heat gun or lighter after the print. I think they look much better that way.

Your mission for today is to walk around on the brain slug planet without a helmet.

We favor unreasonably huge subsidies to the Brain Slug Planet.

I had this on my list of things to fix!  Did you fix all the holes in the mesh?  It looks like you made the antennas better.  It looks good, I'll have to give it print pretty soon!

This is a complete redraw in scad. As
one expects from scad the mesh doesn't have any holes in it that I
can find. I kept everything simple, solid and flat so it should print
easily and error free.
