Then don't print them or use something like Meshlabn and lower the resolution. I make my models for quality printers like powder or Replicator 2 which both easily handles this. Heck, Replicator 2 handled the Knot Thing which is 140 megs. If yours can't handle those then please look else where as I don't do faceted models and I always make models for people to aspire to be able to print. Others have done them so can you.

This object is bigger than the Repilicator2's build plate at native resolution. Can it be scaled safely in MakerWare or will that make the walls too thin?
My wife suddenly passed away on Feb 7 and I had to move. So, long story short I don't know and all of my stuff is still in boxes. Try it and let me know but I do know all of my models are formed with at least one axis at a max of 200mm and most, if not all, of my walls are 5mm thick at that rez.
