Print two copies of the top part of the generated file, one copy of the bottom. Note that the ribs should run vertically, because the tab strip needs to fold.

The bottom part (tab strip) either needs stapling, or some trimming on the end parts to avoid bulk (I haven't made the script do this automatically).

Improvements welcome, especially with experimentation on whether the original arc slots are better than rectangular slots.
