Low Polygon Printable Mask by Gromfrog Oct 31, 2012

Description

Here at The 3D Library we love the Low Polygon mask which has become very popular here on Thingiverse. But we don't just want to print it out on paper and assemble them so we got the 3DS file and created a printable 3D Version. We love it

So to answer my own question for those who might want to know in the future, you can submerge the part you need to bend in hot (180-200 degrees F) water for 10-15 seconds, then bend as required. It actually stayed cool enough that I could take it out of the water, bend a side out a bit to make the mask wider, then press it against my face to make it fit properly. The repeat for the other side.
So I printed this out, but it turns out that my cheek bones are too darn wide to fit in the mask. I printed out of PLA - does anyone know whether or not I'll be able to modify the shape a bit if I immerse in hot water? I'd like to know whether or not this is plausible before I give it a shot, and I'd like to avoid burning another 18m of plastic if I can. Anybody else have this problem?
I forget to print it ;)

Excellent!!! Is it possible that you upload the 3DS file, I'd like to do some modification to print some funny formats. Thanks a lot!
