Description

MangoT21's Beefed Up Replicator Extruder Bracket is quite nice. On his Replicator 1, he found that he needed to move the filament guide holes backwards 0.1 inches; whereas, on my Replicator 1, I found that the original guide holes were correctly centered for my extruders. Consequently, the holes on MangoT21's bracket were a bit too far back for my Replicator 1.

This derivative is therefore MBI's original Wire-Filament Extruder Guide.SLDPRT model with the filament guide holes unmoved but reduced to a diameter of 9.5mm. Then the result exported from SolidWorks as an STL.

In the Replicator Thing here on Thingiverse, I do not see a SolidWorks file for a single extruder equivalent to "Wire-Filament Extruder Guide" which is the dual extruder bracket.
I didn't make one.  You can look back at the original for which this is a derivative and see if MangoT21 made one.

If there isn't one but you have SolidWorks or anything which reads SolidWorks files, then you can pull the original for the Replicator and then just reduce the hole's diameter to 9.5mm.
I can't seem to find the one for a single extruder.

I'd guess he used Pause@ZPos with Sailfish on Replicator for the layering.
Yes, Pause @ ZPos with Sailfish.  But on a Thing-o-Matic.  While it was printing on the ToM, I was disassembling pieces of the Replicator.
Sliced at 0.15 mm layer height and the first red layer is at 3.15 mm and for a height of 0.9 mm.  Then 0.9 mm of black and then another 0.9 mm of red.  Total height is 9 mm.
