Exhaust System 80mm for Replicator
Description
I made the 40mm version...
thingiverse.com/thing:33630
I used a old 40mm fan that i had in my "old stuff box", unfortunaly the fan died last week.
I noticed that the 40mm wasn't powerful enought(maybe because it was old and re-used).
Nonetheless i kick it up a notch by making an adapter for a 80mm fan.

Instructions
You need a 80mm fan to build this System.
Build a thingiverse.com/thing:33630 if you haven't already.
Then start printing the parts for this adapter.
I printed all the parts at:
10% Infill
0.27 Layer Height
2 Shells
You will also need eight M5 screws for holding the fan to the adapters, four M3 screws to hold the parts together to the acrylic hood, other four M3 to hold the adapter to the 40mm Exhaust System and two M5 to mount the support if you think that is necessary.
