Instructions
Printing
1. Download fifa_world_cup_trophy.stl
2. Create gcode file of fifa_world_cup_trophy.stl using skeinforge
3. Load gcode file in ReplicatorG and click Build
4. Goooooool!
Finishing
To make the trophy gold, either paint it with metallic paint or gild it using gold leaf. You might want to sand it to smooth out the surface before applying paint or leaf.
Music
This is a purely optional step and YMMV. Proceed at your own risk.
1. Download one of the anthem gcode files
2. Position Z-stage about 50mm above build platform
3. Load gcode file in ReplicatorG and click Build button
You should now hear the anthem as the Z-stage moves up and down. Now that you've verified that the anthem will play on your Cupcake, add it to the end of your trophy gcode file for a patriotic end-of-print celebration.
4. Create gcode file of fifa_world_cup_trophy.stl using skeinforge
5. Open gcode file, append anthem gcode to end of file, and save
6. Load gcode file in ReplicatorG and click Build
At the end of the print the anthem will play!
