Protecting fragile fan from espesially allen key when undoing lower bolts on fan. :)
Strongly suggest a fan cover, this or another or your own."must"~
Did i mention you should put a cover over fragile fan and get your self a fan cover.

I like the decorative fan guards, but I've found that they restrict airflow and they can be noisy.
Have you considered building them to stand off of the fan a bit to allow airflow in from between the guard and the fan inlet?
Yeah i was very tight with the air intakes on that first one,,as mentioned its been widened a smidgen.
Yeah the logo and overall look is ok,,those grills ,,,either grates that are evenly spaced right accross so it don't clash with the top and bottom of the M ,,,,,,or grills that tapper off at the top and bottom so as to give the elusion of a curve which would make the M pop perhaps mores so but either design is cool.
I've tryed to go for the tapper off grills,,,they are almost right.
Some were didn't fill ,,,i do wonder about makeing them all not fill. hum.
