If you are unsure of what I am jabbering about on how to put it together not to worry, I have posted a picture of the back for reference. It is pretty straight forward. you put the two halves of the bottom around the base of the center piece (these are the larger triangular pieces that are to the immediate right of the main board on the plan, insert the little clip just behind the main board then the sleeve and finally the long pin that will hook behind the desk. next put in the shelf supports (you have to put them in the shelf slot sideways and then twist them down into the notch)then you just insert the shelves one at a time and pin them in place with on of the smaller notched pins.

This is meant for 1/4" material. I used birch plywood and then stained it. Note that you should refrain from putting heavy things on the bottom shelf. They will make it tip forward.
