The model is a bit on the large side. Print 60% or 70% is a good size for a small child's hand.
Print with support. Remove supports and snap the top and bottom together with a bit of glue on the mating surfaces.
It makes a plasticky sound with a small marble inside, so a small metal jingle bell inside works better.
