Ian at Dangerous Prototypes makes some really amazing products and does so in a standardised footprint size. http://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/Sick_of_Beige_standard_PCB_sizes_v1.0

The groovy guys at seeed produce the products as well as "Sick of Beige" cases. They're available Seeed http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/sick-of-beige-basic-case-v1-dp5031-p-1269.html?cPath=178_184 and are also under a CC BY-SA license.

We're looking to cut our own and reproduced the vectors for our laser cutter with the dimensions as specified. I thought the file would be a useful share!
