Aquarium overflow splash cap and adapter
Description
This thing is a cap that sits on a 50mm/2" PVC T piece. Into it a 25mm overflow drains.
Instructions
Print the item (2 pieces in one print)
They will be lightly joined together, don’t bother separating them at the thick end, as the joins will act like a hinge which is beneficial.
Clip onto 50mm pipe and pass through the 25mm pipe as required, or install each half around an existing 25mm pipe.
This provides a low cost splash cover for the 50mm pipe, stopping salt creep and noise.
It does not have to be very strong and can be adjusted for different sized pipe combinations (now with parametric OpenSCAD file thanks to sgraber).

Hey Darren: I made a parametric version in OpenSCAD if you'd like to attach it to this Thing. Grab overflow-cap.scad from my Dropbox and attach it here if you like:

This will allow people to specify their own pipe diameters.
