Replaces the delrin ring.
Test at your own Risk.


100% infill.

needs to be tight fit.

you may have to adjust this to your Printer tolerances.

i would like to make the outer diameter bigger but it wont fit without changing the whole pressure lever.

Works quite good so far.
But i still have trouble to feed the clear blue PLA with the new Pressure part.  i just take the old pressure part for that material.
works fine...

I want this in metal.

 well u could cast that in aluminium or bronze direcly from a PLA print

 Good idea, that could really work.

Or let shapeways print it for you in bronze infiltrated steel.

we will see how long it lasts..
