Woodbending form for iPhone 4 case
Description
In order to make a wooden iPhone case, I printed a plastic form to bend the wood around. See images of the finished case and the full build documentation here: cre.ations.net/creation/wooden-iphone-4-case
The form is slightly larger than a real iPhone 4 both because of shrinkage during the print process and wanting to make the case still slightly larger than an iPhone 4.

Instructions
Print two of each STL. Take three layers of veneer and soak them in water, then glue them together and bend them around the form. Trim so they butt up against each other (offset the layers so the join points aren't all together). Then clamp and let sit. Combine with wooden backing, mill out the button holes, and you're done! Ahh - nice - and that should also solve the exposed metal antenna problem nicely.
