NEMA 17 to 40mm Fan Adapter

Description

*Corrected the mesh so that the fan is correctly in the middle of the object and all sides are equal
*Made holes the same diamiter as the 40mm fan, 4.2mm
*Made the internal fan diamiter equal to that of the fan to improve airflow
*added a 4mm step to level the atachment so that reliance on bolts is not necessary.
