Description

This is a jig to ensure your test sample doesn't buckle during a material sample compression test.

Instructions

Print two jig pieces

Sandwich sample between two jig pieces with teeth on sample

Insert a bolt in each bolt hole with one washer (4 bolts and 4 washers total)

Add 4 more washers on the opposite side

Thread 4 wingnuts (or nuts if you prefer) and lightly tighten (finger tight)

Install entire setup to Load Machine.

Have fun breaking things! :D
