Thanks.

Printing today... Hopefully.  Once I change the fans on my Replicator :)

Hey did not have time today.  Did you print it with 2 shells in total?  So 1 shell in Print-o-matic?

 1 shell in print-o-matic,
so one fast inner pass and a slower outer pass.
it does get some really small holes, but i dont
see the need for infill. it uses alot less plastic without.

Printed!

80mm/s, 1 shell (2 in total), 0% infill, Gold ABS from A2a Printer.

I do have a tweaked setting: Fill -> Surrounding Angle (degrees): default is 60 I have mine set to 40.  Skeinforge analyzes the surrounding angles and uses some "bridge" layers to fill in voids adding some support.

I printed 3 of them.  The one with surrounding angle set to 60 there were small holes on the roof and around the foundation.  The other two were set to 40 and there are only a few remaining holes!

Looking inside the print set to 60, there are quite a few "spider web" looking bridges.

Print with Surrounding Angle set to 40 is 65grams, 60 is 44grams

Firstly, Thanks for posting the picture. It looks really great in ABS.
Secondly thanks for the info regarding Fill -> Surrounding Angle (degrees) I am woefully underinformed about the settings. any information i get is really helpful.
I did my copy in PLA and there were a few gaps.

lol, awesome. I love the little gingerbread  man.

Thanks! I wanted to make sure the candy / gingerbread theme was clear.
