Summary

Dual extrusion support requires the fan be offset outwards a little when used with certain fan ducts.

You can also use this design when the fan must be on the same side as the extruder head.

If you only have a single hotend with the fan on the opposite side then you should be fine with the Mk2 version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31599).

Instructions

Print with support. 0.2mm layers.
Connect to fan duct with M3x10 capscrews.

Could do without the inner lateral/angled braces as one side runs into the lower bolt on the rod holder and needs to be dremel'ed out. The part prints out quite nicely.

Yep. I found the same thing. As I get time, I'll change the angle of the braces so there is no collision.

Printed beautifully first time and fits like a glove! Thanks! Have Dual Extrusion so I set up the standard fan on the front of the head.
Printed out in PLA which I might have to redo in ABS as it starts to delaminate due to heat from alu heatsink..
