Printing - On makerbot replicator 2 - medium settings but add another shell or two to ensure it is water tight. I didn't bother with a raft or supports - but it is at about a 45 degree angle if your printer has trouble with that sort of gradient. Suggest scaling it to whatever size you need before slicing.

Have included higher quality mesh STL exports from 123D. I zipped them because the highest resolution one is over a hundred megs.
