This model has WAY to many polys. There's no need for that many on a model like this. 17 megs to too big. Perhaps this can be run through the Blendor 'Decimate' modifier.
Also, if you want to print it on a reprap (or other extrusion based system) you would be much better off editing the mesh so that the bottom is flat. Remove the blade bevel and level the centre ring.

i have already printed this out and there has been no issues the bottom of the blade is flat its not mirrored and as for the polly count i applyed a subsurf modifier and exported it ther is under 4000 pollys and makerware handled it fine.
