Description
I'm working for UMBC lab peoples; they needed a means of attaching specialized grips to a PlayStation controller they rigged for their wheelchair.
I designed this replacement joystick with attachments.

Instructions
Cylinder Attachment 1 is skinnier and has a flat top. Orient it to print with the flat top on the platform.
Cylinder Attachment 2 is more exact to the dimensions that they wanted, but has a rounded top and is more difficult to print (refer to 2.2 and 2.3)
Cylinder Attachment 2.2 and 2.3 are version 2 in two separate pieces, with flat surfaces for printing. Print both and glue them together.
*DO NOT PRINT THREADED SIDE DOWN; YOU RISK THE THREADS NOT TURNING OUT WELL ENOUGH TO WORK*
