Instructions
I printed it on a replicator sailfish 039 with a layer height of 0.1 mm, 2 shells, 15% fill, 100 feedrate, print temp 230, filament size 1.75 and full support. I added some support blocks to make it print better. Be careful with unwrapping it. Especially the out stretched pointy finger need some special attention.
I finished the surface after carving away the excess plastic in a rice cooker set to warm with some acetone in the cooker. Make sure the fairy doesn't dip into the acetone. I used a metal stand to put it on.
Do it outside or have a very good ventilation and avoid exposure to the acetone steam.

Very nice work with the acetone vapor smoothing.
