Description
Curved loft of a hexagon to a circle, makes a nice shot glass.
Instructions
This prints 3 layers with a .4 nozzle, pretty water tight. I added a solid version so that you can print with no infill and pick your number of layers. Also added an Autodesk Inventor file in case you're interested.

let me guess, you are on an older makerbot and thus stuck with repG?
try to use another slicer other than the included skeinforge.
Take Cura for a spin and see how much more you like that. One of the pre-sets in the simple mode is the 'vase' setting, which will print only the bottom + outline of a massive object, so you don't have hollow/skin your object yourself with all the nasty seam that includes.
That is, assuming you are on a makerbot. If you use any other printer that can run marlin firmware, you are good to go anyway.
