I found my EcksBot Hook so convenient for loading and unloading spools of plastic, that I converted it to work on my Prusa.
Still takes all the spool types of the original.
Strongly recoment using with a filament guide. (thing:16267 V4)

Instructions
1. Print.
2. Clip to top bars of your Prusa.
3. Install Filament guide.
EckerTech spools will bind when head gets under spool without a filament guide.
4. Load a spool of plastic and enjoy.
