2-part DS Stylus using measurements from mm_wrx's part (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1079).
Printed as an emergency replacement for a 9-year-old who'd lost her stylus while on holiday. Works a treat and fits the case of the DS without much cleanup required.

Instructions

Print on a Mendel/Darwin, Makerbot Cupcake, or other RepRap derivative.
Glue to the two parts together with the appropriate adhesive for your material to provide the shoulder that prevents the stylus sliding too far into the DS case.
