Description
This is a tool for turning the hubs on a 2000 Ford F350 4X4 truck. The hubs get difficult to turn as they get old, so this saves having to replace the hubs just because they are difficult to turn.
Instructions
I made this on my R2 using supports and 100% infill. 100% infill is required because there is a lot of force going through this tool if the hubs are stiff (and if they aren't stiff, why would you make this?).
I designed this in SolidWorks in about 15 minutes, starting with dimensions from the truck hub.
Works great on my truck! If your hubs have an ID of 2.5" and a flange thickness of 7/16", this should work for you too.
