Description

These files are for printing anatomically correct human ear bones (auditory ossicles - malleus, incus & stapes) at about 10X real size. If you open the ossiclesfit.stl file in Rhino (Blender, or other favorite 3d viewer) you will see how they fit together anatomically.

Instructions

These are are based on wrl files from McGill University (http://audilab.bmed.mcgill.ca/~daren/3Dear/mid1.html), imported into Rhino3d v 4.0, converted to stl files after some minor mesh repairs and printed using the Makerbot CNC Cupcake. While the malleus and incus print fine in the grouped file, the stapes is a bit delicate so I also included it as a solo file.
