Is there a reason to print with the small end down?

I actually printed it with the big side down, figuring I would need more strength at that end. Also I hoped that the layer lines on the big end would provide additional friction where I needed it more.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking.  Looks really nice, I need a bigger reprap to print it now.
