I had not quite gotten the X/Y bearings flush in the extruder head. Rather than take the whole thing apart, I made this thing to put on a rod and use the block to help push the bearing into the head.
Print out at 100% infill.
Place the piece around the rod that goes into extruder hot end. Next use the block + this thing to gently push the bearing further into the head. DO NOT use the rods to push against as you might bend them, instead use your thumb to push with.
If you push too far, you can use the block on the opposite side to correct it.
Make sure to remove this thing before you restart your machine.
NOTE: I have shaved off 0.2 mm off the ID and OD of this thing so that it fits snuggly around the rod as a previous version didn't fit. This could have been a limitation of my printer not be completely calibrated so YMMV.
