This piece is a printable bezel for the TimeSquare watch kit from Adafruit Industries.
It is designed to fit snug over the LED matrix to keep the sharp edges from catching on things.

Instructions
Immediately after assembling this kit I gave my girlfriend a pretty nasty scratch with the corner of the led matrix. I also keep catching the matrix inside my jacket sleeve. This bezel is designed to fit over the LED matrix and hold in the band provided in the kit. It should keep the watch from getting caught up on stuff.
I don't own a 3D printer. The bezel in the photo was printed by shapeways and it works great, perfect fit!

To be honest, you don't really need the tabs to hold the bezel in place, they mimic the tabs on the PCB but I'm not sure how effective they are. It does fit very snugly as is though.
