Rroofl Bevel Gears
Description
These are some really chunky bevel gears for making M8 trans-axles with. Specifically, they let you get away with using one Z motor in Rroofl-style reprap.org/wiki/Rroofl designs.
Instructions
The file will print a set of 4 gears that will work at right angles to each other. Print in standard clear or tinted PLA for maximum wear resistance.
To assemble, thread an M8 nut onto the shaft, push the gear on after it so the nut goes in the gear's cavity. Push a washer on behind it (the bigger the better) and do another nut up close behind. This pinches the gear tightly onto the shaft.
