This is a frame for a mini laser engraver I made that is powered off an Arduino Uno. The instructions I followed can be found here http://www.instructables.com/id/Pocket-laser-engraver/

I used an 82mm x 64mm protoboard to mount the laser circuit and stepper drivers.

What are the measurement of the cd drives you used? they are all different.

I used DVD drives. I'm not sure what the exact measurements are, but I made the posts a little smaller than they need to be, so it should fit most drives.

I would love to see a result of this. This looks very sweet!
