Description
Part of the CheerLCD, a device that works with the CheerLights project to display the same color of all the CheerLights around the world.

Instructions
Print it out on your 3D printer.
Jam an LCD screen into the hole.
(Note that you may need to use hot glue to hold the LCD in place, or shave the edges a bit with a knife to get a proper fit. One or the other methods always seems to work.)
If you get ambitious, you can use the OpenSCAD file and original SVG to change things.
