Description
I designed this tool to help me hob a toothed channel in a drive bolt for a wade's extruder. I've printed one, and used it successfully.
Instructions
Print at 100% infill, clean any plastic fuzz, press two 608 bearings into the channels, clamp in lathe tool holder, insert a bolt, and hob!

woah, that overhang at the top of the bearing sockets sure makes things interesting!

I made one... out of wood. My first printer isn't done yet. ' ~ '
I'll post a picture of mine though, if it counts.

That's really useful! Thanks. I've been meaning to compare Wade's extruder and my own, or rather, try to compare the pinch wheels with the one I regularly use.

You should start using variables for all values in openscad. That will make the development and customization much easier.

Looks interesting. I'm pretty sure I follow what you're doing with this, but it'd be great if you've a pic of it in use.

Can you hand crank it?
