Print out many copies of the STL file, and make a huge bundle of different constructions. I was reminded of these when I saw the lockable poker chips. These are essentially the same thing, but a bit smaller.

A 4-piece model is also provided, which doubles as a bed-level calibration device. The shapes should be 25mm diameter, 2mm thickness.

My great uncle brought a multicoloured set of about 100 of these back with him from Taiwan about 20 years ago. I can now finally make some to replace the ones that we've lost over the years.

The part profile expects an extruder overprint of 0.2mm for a good friction hold. I may change to a parametric openSCAD format sometime in the future to support a wider range of sizes.
